The delicious dish Manti is now also available as a soup and is called: Yüksük Çorbasi (Manti soup) and this soup also warms you up wonderfully on cold days.
Thanks to the mint, the soup tastes refreshing. Since it is not on the menu in every Turkish restaurant, you are welcome to order it from me.
For Yüksük Corbasi, pepper pulp is first fried in a pot, then water and chickpeas are added. After they are cooked, Manti comes in and is seasoned with salt and lemon juice.
The soup is then simmered on medium heat for 5 minutes. Finally there is dried mint.

Heating instructions:
In Pan:
Empty contents into a pan and heat on medium-low heat for 2-3 mins, stirring occasionally. Mix and eat.
In Microwave:
Microwave on medium power for 1-2 minutes. Mix and eat.
